- The drink is mixed with sugar syrup, filtered again and bottled (it is advisable to use dark bottles so that the liquor receives less light).
The liqueur should be left for three months, ideally the aging stage is six months. Now the liqueur is ready for tasting.
Option 3: Wine

- Half a liter of vodka.
- 4 kilograms of sugar.

- The berries are sorted to find damaged and injured fruits. Then, using a wooden spoon or your hands, knead them thoroughly, add cinnamon and sugar.
- The prepared mixture should be poured into a bucket, placed in a warm place and covered with a cloth.
- The wine must be stirred constantly until it ferments.
- After eight days, you need to squeeze out the cake and filter the drink several times through a sieve or cheesecloth.
- Pour the purified juice into a container and wait until it stops fermenting.
- The wine is filtered one last time, mixed with vodka and bottled.

Comments
Wine and liqueur differ in sugar content. In wine there is a minimal amount of it, from 50 grams per liter, or a little more, but in liqueur it is more than 100 grams. Some of the sugar becomes alcohol during fermentation, and some adds sweetness to the drink.
I prefer to make liqueur from chokeberry. I fill whole fruits with honey with vodka or moonshine, and after two months I strain the liqueur into bottles. I repeat the procedure several times, usually the most delicious liqueur is obtained the second time.
You can make wine, it looks very beautiful in your pictures, I drank this once at a friend’s place, I liked it because I thought it was very tasty, maybe I was just mistaken.
