And more recently, scientists have proven that the beneficial properties of kohlrabi cabbage have also manifested themselves in the prevention of such a terrible disease as bladder cancer. According to them, when consumed, the risk of developing cancer is reduced by half. Not a single drug has such an effect!

Kohlrabi cabbage is also very useful for people trying to lose weight. In addition to the fact that this vegetable is low in calories, it helps cleanse the intestines, has diuretic properties, and has a positive effect on the entire digestion process.
