Comments

I didn’t think that this healthy product has such incredible toxicity if it is collected ahead of time, because by its appearance it will be difficult to determine whether an almond is ripe or not.

Everything is good and everything is poison, the only difference is the dosage. But nuts (and almonds in particular) are a difficult product for the body in any dose. And it is not clear how nuts can protect the gastrointestinal tract if they lie like stones in the stomach. Although I love roasted salted almonds, I rarely eat them because of these contradictions

Almonds help lower blood cholesterol levels. But everything is good to use within reason. Doctors recommend eating no more than five to six non-roasted and non-salted nuts a day.
