- An alcohol infusion is prepared for rubbing. To do this, you need to take half a glass of dry wild rosemary and 2.5 glasses of alcohol or vodka. Leave the composition for a day, after which it can be used for its intended purpose.
- Using olive or sunflower oil you can prepare wild rosemary drops. To do this, pour a tablespoon of wild rosemary with this golden liquid. You will need 100 ml. Boil the mixture for 1 minute and leave for 24 hours. You can use it for rubbing or instill 2 drops when you have a runny nose.
- In order to enhance the effects of wild rosemary decoction, other medicinal herbs are added to it. For example, for a disease of the respiratory system, you can prepare the following decoction. Pour 0.5 tablespoons of coltsfoot and 0.5 tablespoons of wild rosemary into a glass of water and boil for 5 minutes.Filter and take 1 tablespoon every 2 hours.
