Potato variety Elizaveta is especially popular among mid-early table varieties. Potatoes were bred by breeders of the Northwestern Research Institute of Agriculture together with colleagues from the Vsevolozhsk breeding station specifically for the Central, North Caucasus, Northwestern, Northern, Volga-Vyatka and Far Eastern regions.

The upright potato bush grows to medium size with green, medium-branched stems. Potato flowering is rather weak and short-lived. Often the flowers quickly fall off.

Potato tubers This variety has a round shape and a white, smooth skin with inconspicuous small eyes. The weight of one potato can range from 80-140g. The Elizabeth potato variety is distinguished by its tenderness. white pulp, which does not darken upon contact with air. Elizabeth also has good taste.

One of the values ​​of this variety is its high yield. From one hectare you can harvest up to 40 tons of potatoes. Potato tubers are also well stored, which increases the value of the variety.

Potato variety Elizaveta is characterized by high cancer resistance. At the same time, there is an average susceptibility to fusarium rot and late blight. The disadvantage of this variety is its susceptibility to macrosporiosis.
