The place for planting seedlings should be sunny and protected from the wind. Place the bushes along the fence, since then the thorny thickets will not interfere with the cultivation of other berries, vegetables or fruits. The soil should be nutritious, enriched with humus. Too much soil moisture can cause problems, so it must be well drained. Each plant should be at a distance of 45 cm from each other, and it is better to leave free space of up to 2 meters between the rows.

As the cuttings grow, it is necessary to create a support in the form of a wire, since the new branches are quite weak. Raspberries love water very much, so watering should be regular. The soil must be fertilized every spring with organic compounds. To properly breed raspberries, you need to know how and when to prune them. Weak and dry branches should be removed as they appear. In the fall, when the entire harvest is harvested, those branches that bore fruit also need to be cut off.Next year there will be no harvest for them. Raspberries should be picked as they ripen. The red raspberries should be on the branch for one or two days, then they will become softer and sweeter.
