Comments
We don’t collect rows at all, although friends have advised us more than once to do so. We try to make do with butterweeds alone, they are easy to recognize and they grow very well in pine plantings.
The mushrooms are very pleasant to the taste, I sort them out, peel them, soak them for several hours, then scald them a little and fry them with lard and onions, it turns out to be a very satisfying and tasty dish. For the winter I prefer to marinate them; I don’t really like these mushrooms salted.
