In our country, we have managed to make it quite easy to grow them. The varieties are productive, and the fruit is compact, but very healthy.

Growing consists of several stages:

  • Sowing. Seeds are recommended when they are several years old. The recommended temperature is the same as at the end of May, or about 15 degrees Celsius in the air. Holes are needed for sowing. Seeds are also sown in furrows. The main thing is to maintain the chess order. Can be planted on light and heavy soils, maintaining the depth. When leaves appear, thinning is carried out. Don't let the earth dry out. You can use film. The sprouts are white;
  • It takes 3-4 weeks for seedlings to develop. Follow the same pattern that was chosen for sowing. Add peat and turf soil. Frequent watering is not needed. Late afternoon is the best time to disembark. The danger of frost should be behind us. The stem of the finished seedling is low but stocky. There are several strong leaves. You can use different types of protection - films, bottles, etc.
  • For outdoor cultivation, provide frost protection.Pinch out the growing point of mature plants. If you hill it up, adventitious roots will appear.

Next comes the collection. Don't let it overripe. Fruits can be stored indoors - it should be ventilated but dry. This is how you can grow zucchini.

I live in the Urals, so not many people grow squash here. I'm definitely not. I tried them for the first time when I went to visit a relative in Ukraine. She had them prepared, in jars. I liked it so much!
