Useful properties of clover

The national health resort knows thousands of plants that can be used like medicine in one case or another. Some of them are rare, others grow just under your feet. But any herbs must be used carefully, first having studied their properties and consulting with a good herbalist.

Red clover or porridge - a perennial plant of the legume genus common in our area. Most often it used as livestock feed, but this is also wonderful honey plant. The culture is rich in vitamins and microelements, essential oils and organic acids, carbons and proteins, as well as other substances that can be beneficial or harmful to humans. Therefore it also used in folk healing. But if you have dried clover and it has darkened, then this herb is no longer suitable for use.

Main beneficial properties of clover: antimicrobial, antisclerotic, antitumor, astringent and expectorant, antifungal (if these are roots). This is a plant strengthens the walls of blood vessels, drugs are prepared from it for the treatment of colds, atherosclerosis and anemia. Clover is used in combination with other means against tumors, for disorders of the cardiovascular system, liver diseases and bleeding. It heals wounds and relieves inflammation, relieves pain.

It is not recommended to take medicine based on clover, if you have increased blood clotting, have varicose veins or thrombophlebitis, or have had a heart attack or stroke.There is also no need to take risks if you are pregnant.
