Clover
Small-leaved red or white clover is a low-growing plant that creates a dense, herbaceous cover. This is an excellent plant for creating a landscape in your garden. With proper care, it will thank you by quickly spreading over the required territory. During the hot season, clover retains its green color and has a luxurious appearance.
Clover seeds are sown in soil that has been dug up and cleared of weeds. The first shoots appear after 10 – 12 days. Clover does not require much time to develop its stems and root system. To maintain green foliage, the plant must be regularly watered and the soil saturated with nitrogen fertilizers. If the clover begins to grow, then it needs to be thinned out.
Creating a small grass lawn that includes four-leaf clover will provide nitrogen to the soil and keep it moist. Flowering begins in May and continues until the onset of the first cold snap.
