If we talk about house plants, the indoor flower sorrel has several of the most famous varieties: sorrel Martius, Deppe and Orgis. Oxalis fruits have an interesting feature: if you press on the fruit, it easily explodes, scattering seeds around at a distance of up to 2 m.

At home, indoor oxalis flowers will decorate the room with their unusual appearance. In the garden they grow tuberous sorrel. Its fruits can be colored in various colors from white to deep purple. The tubers are used for food in fried, stewed or boiled form.
