S-12 Yubileiny. Heads of cabbage ripen in 90-95 days. Heads of cabbage with high density weigh on average 2.5-4 kg. This variety of cabbage can be stored for up to 5 months and is indispensable for pickling and making solyankas; top marks for taste.
Late ripening varieties:
Turkiz. At 115-125 days you can already get ripe heads of cabbage. It is distinguished by very dense heads of cabbage that do not crack and a long shelf life. Suitable for fresh use and pickling.
Amager. Ripening period is 120-125 days.The heads of cabbage are rounded and flattened; cracking of this variety is almost impossible; the heads of cabbage are of excellent density, weighing 3.6 kg. During winter storage, the taste only improves.
