In smaller quantities, rose hips also contain other beneficial substances, thanks to which it has a general strengthening, choleretic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect.

Therefore, rose hips are used to treat various diseases, as well as for their prevention.

A decoction, infusion, powder, extract, syrup is prepared from ripe or dried rose hips, which help with atherosclerosis, anemia, liver stones, exhaustion of the body, uterine bleeding, decreased gastric secretion and other diseases.

Rosehip oil effectively heals skin wounds. It can also be used by nursing mothers to treat cracked nipples.

Despite the valuable uniqueness of rose hips, it cannot be used for hypertension, stroke, peptic ulcers, or a tendency to thrombosis.
