New potato varieties

The domestic and foreign agricultural industry does not stand still. Every year its industries are developing intensively, including crop production.

Particular attention is paid to the development of new potato varieties with better characteristics and taste. They tend to be resistant to many diseases and are also high-yielding.

Today, new potato varieties have appeared in our country, such as Elizaveta, Bullfinch, Magician, Scarlet Sail, Lark, White Spring, etc.

The Elizabeth variety is distinguished by its high yield; from one hundred square meters you can get up to six hundred kilograms of potatoes. At the same time, it is very resistant to cancer and scab.

Bullfinch is an early potato variety; its yield can be even higher. It can be grown in almost any region.

The Magician variety is characterized by high multi-tuber productivity. One potato bush can produce up to 15 tubers. Resistance to various potato diseases is very high.

Scarlet sail has a high starch content, up to approximately 25%. Today this is a fairly high value.

White Spring is a very early potato variety. Typically this variety produces only large tubers.

The Zhavoronok variety gives a good harvest and is characterized by excellent keeping quality.

Prior, Sante, Eba, Romano, Estima, Condor, Agria showed the best economically valuable traits: high yield, resistance to various potato diseases, good keeping quality and excellent taste.
