Proper cultivation of sweet pepper seedlings

You can start growing sweet pepper seedlings at the end of February. Before planting seeds, they are pre-soaked in a special growth stimulator or in a regular solution of potassium permanganate.
As for the soil, light peat soil is suitable, which can be mixed with garden soil in equal proportions.
Growing pepper seedlings
Seeds need to be planted in soil that has been previously watered with warm water and a weak solution of potassium permanganate. After this, the pepper seeds should be sprinkled with a 0.5 cm layer of soil.
Remember that the seedlings must always be in a warm place, and the box can be covered with film. Remember to check your crops daily and be careful not to let the soil dry out.
If everything is done correctly, the first shoots will appear within 10 days. But the film should be removed only when the seedlings are completely leveled.
Seedlings must be watered with warm, settled water. To feed sweet pepper seedlings, use a solution of mineral fertilizers.
By the way, if you want to end up with seedlings with a developed root system, use bags of sour cream or kefir. In them, the roots are not deformed during the growth of seedlings.
You can start growing sweet peppers in open ground as early as early May. True, there is a high risk of spring night frosts. To be on the safe side, first prepare agrofibre, which can be used to cover the plants in winter.
By the way, before planting seedlings, treat the beds with trichoderma to destroy the spores of pathogenic fungi.

Sorry for my illiteracy, I’m a new gardener...)) What is trichodermin and where can I get it? And, if it’s not difficult, tell me at what distance it is better to plant the peppers, if in a greenhouse? Thank you in advance
