Early ripening potatoes Baron has one of the best tastes among all early-ripening potato varieties. This is a Ural variety with purple flowers and almost perfect oval large tubers that are yellow in color, smooth surface and small red eyes, of medium depth. The potato pulp is light yellow and does not change color when cooked.

Baron potatoes are intended for table use and grow into tall bushes with green, open leaves. The variety has a high yield, and the first harvest is harvested within fifty days after the emergence of full-fledged first shoots.

Potatoes also have high marketability, which is in demand on the agricultural market; they are well preserved in winter, subject to all preservation conditions. Also, potatoes of this variety are resistant to potato cancer and has moderate resistance to nematodes, late blight of tubers and tops, but is easily affected by common scab.

Comments

There is an early variety of potato, popularly called 40 - day old, and Baron is no different from it. They even taste the same, only their color differentiates them. And besides, Baron is not very large.
