Country style: what do you think?

In my head, site design has always been associated with the transformation of a plot of land into a beautiful place. Recently on TV I saw one young lady talking about a certain country style, the essence of which is to take all the old unnecessary wooden things into the garden, put them in the middle of the plot and make them part of the composition, this included pumpkins in old iron barrels and low wooden unpainted benches in the shoots of climbing plants, and a strange fence made of pegs among the flower garden. I don't associate this with design. It seems like some kind of manifestation of Soviet hardening - everything unnecessary goes to the site and into business. Do you like this style?

It seems to me that you need to have a sense of style and proportion so as not to turn the site into a warehouse of unnecessary junk. The idea is, of course, remarkable, but personally I’m not ready for this yet (I can’t imagine my plot in this design)

Well, it depends on what you mean by country style)) In my understanding, these are still wooden fences, like this , the design of the clubs is like here (sorry, I don’t understand how to insert pictures here). The fence should ideally be not just wooden, but also white - but these are my personal associations with the country style. And somewhere on the property there must be a high-quality fence to delimit a barbecue area, for example. I’ve just been dreaming for a long time about decorating a plot in country style + minimalism)) It’s a pity my parents don’t allow it yet))
But I personally don’t accept the collection of old things on the site, which some proudly call a design decision.Although it may be suitable as a basis for children's creativity. We have such a plot nearby at our dacha)) I pass by and always look with interest at what’s new there)) But I don’t want that at home)) This is no longer country, but hand-made style))

I'm not a country music fan at all. Not with anything. I'm a minimalist. I can't stand a lot of things in one place. This is not for me.

Country style and what you described from old barrels, etc. - completely different things. Country is a village. Natural materials - wood, fabrics, simple solutions, no bulkiness or clutter. Everything is solid and at the same time light. If you look at it correctly, the country style is very stylish (sorry for the tautology).

The most important thing here is not to overdo it with old things on your site, otherwise it will turn out all kinds of different things. And it will look like a pile of rubbish. But, to be honest, I’m not very enthusiastic about this style.

I'll be honest, I don't like country music. In general, of course, if done wisely and under the guidance of a designer, it can turn out quite beautiful and interesting. But I mostly admire it when others have it on their property. I love strict geometry and symmetry, I don’t know what it’s called correctly, if we talk about this style on the part of designers.

Yes, country music is not exactly what you described. But I’m still a supporter of modern styles and don’t like it when they look antique. In general, I consider it a utopia to take old things out into the garden.

I don’t really like this style in garden plots, especially small ones. When all the old stuff is displayed in the garden, it somehow doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing.

Country music is not old stuff! country - country house style. There should be an American or English country house, but now country is just a clean, well-kept village - pastoral, birds, air, sun, grass, rabbits, etc.

Let's look at the problem from the other side. It depends on how to approach creating a country-style plot. You can add trash and it will all look like a landfill. Or you can choose everything harmoniously and not add a lot of unnecessary stuff. I saw a house like this once. It looked quite great.
