Hydrangea
I can’t imagine my garden without hydrangea; I think every gardener should have this beauty. In my garden there are two types of hydrangea paniculata and hydrangea anabel. There are plans to purchase several more species, since the bush is very beautiful. Are there any other hydrangea fans here? What species do you grow?
The plant is really very beautiful. True, I didn’t plant it myself; I inherited it. When we bought the plot, hydrangea was already growing there and I decided to leave it. I have no idea what variety I have, and I’ve never really set out to find out.
Interesting
Hydrangeas are the beauties of our garden. We have planted 2 species and both bloom: tree-like. She is so unpretentious, I didn’t even cover her for the winter. And the second one is large-leaved. It doesn't bloom every year. How harmful.
So far I have only one hydrangea growing, "Incredible". The variety is very beautiful, but the bush has never bloomed, although I planted it two years ago. The most important thing is that the foliage is growing wonderfully, but there are no flowers.
I agree, hydrangea is the queen of the garden and should simply be in every yard. Even if they say to acidify the soil, then hydrangea flowers may change color.
How interesting! Have you tried this experiment with hydrangea? I haven’t planted this shrub on my plot yet, but I’m keeping an eye on it - many people bought lush yellowish-white hydrangeas this year, although I don’t know the variety.
I have 2 hydrangeas growing in my garden. One is paniculate and white, and the other is spherical and pink. I also want to buy a few more for their company, because it is a very beautiful shrub.
The most interesting thing is that hydrangea can be grown not only in the garden, but also at home in a pot. My mother tried to grow globular hydrangea first at home, and then transferred it to the garden.
Yes, with the help of hydrangea you can decorate the entrance to your house and create various beautiful arches.
I have only one type of hydrangea, this is anabel, and mostly roses, tulips, peonies and other other plants of which are a minority; our grandmother decided to use the rest of the land for potatoes.
