Is it easy to grow thuja?
Recently I saw an idea on one site, such as a fence made of thujas. To get a normal thuja fence, at what distance from each other should the plants be planted?

Arborvitae, although coniferous trees, do not have sharp needles, therefore, they will be a weak obstacle to uninvited guests entering the territory; it is better to plant rose hips or sea buckthorn as a fence. The distance between planting thujas for the fence can be 1.5 m.
I want to plant thujas near the lattice fence so that less people look into our yard, so that it is not so visible. I think the idea is quite normal, thujas are very beautiful plants.
There is a need to move them to another place. Please tell me, is it possible to do this without the risk of losing the plants?
My wife bought herself a TAU plant from the Svyatovit nursery. Here is their website: they planted it at their dacha at the beginning of summer, and it has already grown quite well)) All thanks to fertilizers, of course!
they are quite easy to accept and grow
They grow and are accepted easily, there is no doubt about that, but further care for them is quite complex and is associated with pruning and giving the trees an adequate shape. This is where you need very good experience and the ability to work with pruners.
At what age should thuja be cut and given some shape? It’s just that I’ve already planted thujas, so far there seem to be no problems with them, I’m not complaining, they grow well, but so far they don’t have a shape.
Beautiful
