The Crassula dies

Hello. About three years ago, a fat woman appeared at my house. I don’t remember where. It seems that the flower is not whimsical. He grew up normally. And suddenly something happened to him. The stem began to dry out. I cut off the branches to save the flower. I put them in water so they would sprout roots. But the stems also dried up. What could have happened to him?

"Crassula" is very afraid of direct sunlight, especially in summer they are dangerous. I think this is the case when your plant died only because of this, I myself lost my money tree.

Perhaps there was excessive watering, or the large pot should have been replaced a long time ago. For us, the money tree always stands on the south side, near the window, and there are no problems with the plant.

When we first moved into the apartment, the previous owners left the Money Tree; it was a fairly large plant. It grew normally, then I don’t remember where this flowerpot went, but when I wanted to plant a new plant myself from the cuttings given to me, nothing good came of it. It began to stretch out and the leaves fell off. I threw it away. It turns out that it is not such a whimsical plant.

This means that you did something wrong, or the soil in the pot was too acidic. The money tree does not like waterlogged soil. If you water it a little, then it grows just fine.

Although the fat plant is an unpretentious plant, if suddenly there is excessive watering or a lot of sun for it, it will immediately react. The entire side of my apartment is sunny, so in the summer I cover the windows with protective film, or you can use blinds to shade them.
