Monstera's leaves are turning black...

There is a monstera at work. After transplantation, its leaves began to turn black. With what it can be connected? We water once a week.

Oh, and I'm very interested in this question. I’ve never encountered this before, but this also happens to my plant.

Take a closer look at the soil in which the flower sits - perhaps small pests are to blame. The remedy for them can be found in a flower shop. If the leaves are drying out, try to water little by little, but more often. It’s better to buy fertilizer or fertilizer from the store, especially for monstera.

Perhaps the whole point is that you initially overwatered it, and now you add moisture, and it begins to rot from the root, and the leaves turn black accordingly.

But my leaves don’t turn black, but turn yellow and dry out, although I always make sure that the plant doesn’t need moisture. I don’t want to lose a beautiful flower, I already have it big enough.

Most likely the whole thing is due to an excess of moisture in the soil, perhaps the roots have rotted. I've encountered this before when there were no drainage holes in the pot. Now everything seems to be fine with my Monstera.

To be honest, leaves can turn black not only because of soil moisture; we sometimes forget that we also need to humidify the air. Because of dry air, the leaves can either turn yellow or turn black.

I have always believed that monstera is a flower that practically does not get sick. It is very easy to propagate. I can’t even imagine why your leaves are turning black. The biggest problem I had with this flower was that the lower leaves dried out. Try replanting it in a pot, having previously treated the roots against pests.
