Marigold

Do you love marigolds? I like that they bloom until late autumn. But the neighbor always says that these are cemetery flowers and should not be planted in the yard flowerbed. And what do you think?

If you and your neighbor don’t share a flowerbed, then don’t give a damn about her opinion: they don’t belong in a cemetery. Wonderful flowers! ))) in addition, they even bring benefits in the garden - they repel some pests)))

Yes, I did some digging on the Internet about varieties of marigolds - how beautiful they are! I even convinced my neighbor that we’ll plant marigolds next year too

Every year I plant several types of marigolds, both tall and short, and they have very different colors. I usually plant them along the edges of paths so that they frame them beautifully, although they can also be planted in a flowerbed.

Any flower, if planted in a cemetery, will be a cemetery flower. Don't believe such nonsense! Now there is such a variety of these wonderful flowers that it makes your eyes wide open.

Marigolds fade quickly in the fall, especially the varietal varieties. I like the chrysanthemums more on the plot; they bloom right up until the fall.

We planted marigolds in the flowerbed last year, quite late, at the end of May. They began to bloom together and bloomed almost all summer. I don't know if they will grow this year or if I will need to buy seeds again?

Previously, my mother always planted marigolds and we never tired of admiring them. It seems to me that the idea that they are cemetery flowers is complete nonsense. Pansies, for example, are often planted on graves, so does this make them a cemetery?

To be honest, they are already pretty boring. Previously, due to the lack of variety of flowers, everyone planted them, but now we simply removed them from our flowerbed.

You know, now there are so many varieties of marigolds - different in growth, color, and fluffiness. Then in the summer I saw beauty in one of the park flower beds - I didn’t believe that they were all marigolds.

And I like marigolds, despite the fact that they are in every yard and every flower bed. It’s just that this flower is so unpretentious that you can plant it and forget it, while others require too much care; in the city there is not much time for this.

In my front garden I plant low-growing varieties of marigolds in flower beds, only in different colors. What a beauty it is when they all bloom! I really love this flower.

I always have a dilemma before planting a flower bed. When you come to pick up the seeds, your eyes just widen. But I don’t really like marigolds in my flowerbed.

It seems to me that there are no people who don’t like marigolds. The only thing that can be confusing about these flowers is their smell. And the flowers are simply lovely, we plant them year after year and enjoy them until late autumn.

I also heard that marigolds are not very favorable flowers at home. I really like the prominent sedum and perennial aster. They are very delicate and beautifully complement the flowerbed. Marigolds will be a good substitute for you!

Barhartians are quickly withering here

It seems to me that all this is nonsense. My mother has been planting them in the yard all her life and loves them very much. I don’t like their scent a little, but their appearance is very good. Therefore, do not listen to your neighbor, but feel free to plant them if you like them!

Wonderful flowers, now I have seedlings, in a week I will plant them in the ground. They bloom all summer and are very beautiful. And they wear different flowers at the cemetery, so why not plant them now). Plant marigolds and let them delight you all summer.
