When to plant fruit trees?

This year I want to plant many different fruit trees at the dacha - cherry, apple, plum, pear, etc. Tell me, please, can they all be planted in one day? And in what period do they land?

Winter-hardy varieties of pears and apples are planted in the fall, everything else - in early spring, until the buds begin to appear on the trees. But you didn’t think about the holes; it is advisable to dig holes for planting in the fall, at least two weeks before planting, preferably a month. This is due to the fact that the ground must sink a little in order to properly deepen the root collar of the seedling.

You are lucky that the seedling with foliage took root. This doesn't always happen. It is best to plant trees in the fall, then they will take root better and grow faster. You can, of course, do the planting in the spring, so as not to wait until the fall if you received the plot in winter or early spring.

I planted only apricots, and did this in the spring, when the seedlings went on sale. We've all settled in and are already enjoying the harvest. And autumn planting in our area is not always successful if the autumn is rainy.
