Indoor pomegranate
Good afternoon Please share your experience of growing indoor pomegranate. It has been living on my windowsill for a year now and endlessly sheds its leaves at the slightest movement on the window; there are no hints of flowering. I can’t understand the reason; they write everywhere that the plant is not capricious. I water it moderately, it is on the south side of the house.
Hello. I already threw away one pomegranate, which lost its leaves, and thought that it had “died.” Now my pomegranate is also 2 years old, still alive, although it has already dropped its leaves twice, but after 2-3 weeks it released again. In winter you need to water it very rarely, and in spring you need to feed and water it more often. And do not drag it from place to place, usually flowers don’t like this. Well, be patient, maybe soon he will please you with flowers, and perhaps fruits. I’m waiting for flowering next year, not earlier
Pomegranate loves a good watering once a week and no more. It signals to you that there is a lot of moisture and drops its leaves.
Tell me, the pomegranate leaves have started to turn black. What could it be?
And my pomegranate constantly produces a lot of buds, and quickly drops them all. What could this be connected with? The plant is strong, has one central stem and many side shoots, does not shed leaves, only buds.
sosedka_89, be patient and continue to care. 1 year is too short a time for flowering. It only bloomed on the 2nd day, despite the fact that I also fertilized it well!!!

Usually the plant does not bloom, any plant, not just pomegranate, if it does not need to reproduce and procreate. Try to water it less often and create extreme conditions so that the plant feels its life is in danger and this stimulates its flowering.
