How to propagate Hamedorea?

I have a question, maybe someone can help. I have a favorite chamedorea. When I planted it out, my friends had a lot of them, “babies,” in a pot - bought in a store. But mine has been growing alone for 5 years now and doesn’t produce any shoots. And I really want to have another pot with such a plant! buy go? Or can she somehow be forced to produce more shoots?

Hamedorea reproduces not only by shoots, but also by seeds. By the way, it is much easier to grow a flower with seeds, but they must be immediately planted in the ground, otherwise they will lose their ability to take root and grow. Eg. Place a small reservoir with moist soil in a warm place. Plant the seeds and cover with film. It is also worth making sure that the soil does not dry out and everything will work out. Then plant the stronger plants in a flowerpot.

First, when the plant blooms, take a soft brush and transfer the dust from flower to flower. Otherwise, the seeds will be dummies. Then, when the flowers begin to dry out, pick them and place them on white paper. They are very small and hard to see. Grind them and soak the small brown and golden grains in a small container. Then sow it into the ground with a brush.

thanks for such a detailed answer. Now I just have to wait for my chamedorea to bloom again.Last year it bloomed sometime in winter. I will definitely sow the seeds!
