How to make soil for an orchid from bark?
I heard that you can make soil for indoor orchids from tree bark. Maybe someone can tell me how to do this correctly?

Bark soil is generally very useful, preferably from the bark of fruit trees. But - for an orchid - I don’t know... It seems to me that it is not suitable for such a flower.
I was advised to take pine bark. But is it necessary to somehow soak it in mineral fertilizers? Or not? I just read completely different advice, and I’m afraid to make a mistake.
First you need to either boil it or steam it in a water bath, and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes (100 degrees Celsius). This is to kill all pests and bacteria. Mineral fertilizers should not be applied. It is better to apply fertilizer when the plant takes root. In addition to pine, you can take cedar, thuja or larch.
I read somewhere that pine bark is suitable for orchids. The bark is collected, washed, cut and treated with boiling water. After drying, the bark is used to prepare mixtures.
