Violet uzambarica
Usambara violet Saintpaulia is considered the most popular flowering indoor plant. This delicate and miniature flower captivates with its year-round flowering, wide range of colors, variety of flower shapes and degree of leaf terry.
This plant is very unpretentious. Uzambara violet, which is cared for at home, does not like sudden temperature changes and drafts. You should avoid direct sunlight on the flower pot in the summer season. In winter, the flower needs diffused bright light. In summer, the plant must be fed with mineral fertilizers. Violet propagates vegetatively and by leaf cuttings.
The violet is also loved by the pest. The most common are nematodes, aphids, mites and mealybugs. Insecticides are used to destroy them. Diseases such as powdery mildew and gray rot do not bypass the Uzambara violet. Fungicide solutions help fight them.
