Delphinium
Annual flower crops allow you to renew your garden every year, but perennial plants deserve no less attention. Among the perennials, delphinium or, as it is also called, spur, larkspur, stands out noticeably. Depending on the species, its flowers can have white, lavender, purple and other shades.
You will find a description of the processes of growing, caring for and propagating plants in this section. Before planting delphinium, you should choose the right place: it should be well lit and protected from the wind. Remember that the delphinium flower has a fragile stem that can easily break in strong winds. A special planting condition is an individual hole 40 cm in length, width and depth for each bush. The distance between plantings should be at least half a meter.
To grow a flower on your site, you can buy delphinium seeds, although the plant can also be propagated by cuttings and dividing the bush. The seed method is bad because all the properties of the hybrid variety are unlikely to be preserved, but the differences are very insignificant and do not in any way affect the beauty of the flowers.
