Spirea

Just recently I learned about this unpretentious shrub called spirea. It has a wide variety of varieties, my favorites are Japanese spirea, Grefsheim, arguta and vanguta. Some types of spirea bloom in summer, some in spring, but all are beautiful in their own way. Who has such a bush growing in their dacha?

I have only one spirea in my garden. It’s a very beautiful shrub, but it’s a bit tall, and when it spreads out, it takes up a lot of space. I don’t really know what variety, but when it blooms it’s beautiful.

I really like spirea, especially the gray one (Grefsheim), the beauty during flowering is indescribable. I saw the Japanese one once, but I wasn’t very impressed with it, although it seems to bloom longer than all the others.

This shrub grows here, but we planted it near the gazebo. Of course, the bush is spreading, but very beautiful in flower.

I have a Japanese spirea - but it is not tall... the bush surrounds the gazebo very beautifully. It looks so nice, always pleasing to the eye. I heard this variety doesn't like the sun? This is so, no one knows?

All varieties of spirea are not capricious regarding the planting location. They tolerate heat well. But the watering should be moderate and it is necessary to loosen the soil. We feed her twice during the summer season. In the fall, it is necessary to trim off the withered branches, and the bush itself should be insulated for the winter. Just don't use grass or leaves. The first one breeds mice, and the leaves create a thermal effect.

We have three types of spirea growing in our dacha - Japanese, Vangutta and Bumalda. Each is beautiful in its own way. But most of all my heart lies with Spiraea Vangutta. This lush snow-white shrub with a very rosy color is very pleasing to the eye.

Spiraea grows very densely and blooms with small white flowers in late May, early June. This shrub is suitable both for decorative design of the site and for creating a green fence for the site.

Spiraea is a rather dense shrub with thin, long branches that hang down. At the end of May, beginning of June, spirea blooms with small, white flowers, which are collected in inflorescences. They bloom so unitedly that it seems as if the entire bush is covered with a head of flowers.

very good shadow from it. In the summer there is grace

A very beautiful plant. My mother grows several Japanese spirea bushes in her dacha. Every summer I admire
