sowing parsley correctly

Who can tell me how to properly sow parsley, dill, watercress?

I don’t know how correct this is, but I sow, for example, dill in the following way. In the garden bed I make furrows 1-1.5 cm deep at a distance of about 15 cm from each other, scatter the seeds, sprinkle the furrows with earth, and tap them down. I didn’t have a chance to plant watercress.

All these greens are simply sown - furrows and seeds in them, then sprinkled with soil and slightly moistened. Then you can thin out so that the plants have a source of strength.

But I don’t sow dill. It has scattered around the garden - the problem is how to get rid of it. Worse than the worst weed. Therefore, I leave it where it doesn’t interfere with everything. It sows itself. Same with parsley.

I know that my mother plants parsley once every two years, this is from seeds.. Because it degenerates into flowering.
