My pear grafting is dying, help!

Help, please, tell me what to do. Every year my pear graftings in June-July are affected by something and die, even purchased pear seedlings, so versions with unhealthy grafting material are excluded. Mature trees do not get sick. What’s interesting: the neighbors don’t get sick either, even the seedlings. I changed the place on the site for planting, and took grafting material from different trees, including from neighbors. But the result is the same - disaster! First, the top dries and turns black, the lower leaves turn yellow, and then all the leaves curl, turn black and that’s it! The purchased seedlings turn burgundy, fall off and that’s it! What to do, help, who can?

Interesting situation. In principle, the pear is a rather picky lady. But in order not to behave so persistently... Tell me, are things bad only with the pear? Do other vaccines behave normally? I need to consult with my father - he is a keen gardener. And I’m dabbling in flowers.

Did you follow all the rules when getting vaccinated? Was the cut secured and wound correctly? Was the knife clean? Was the tree itself healthy? Maybe it wasn’t wrapped tightly and the vaccine doesn’t receive enough substances to survive.
