When will air tickets become more affordable in the CIS.

Hello, dear forum users. I think that for the vast majority of CIS residents, prices for air tickets, especially for frequent trips by air, are inaccessible. And when will flying on an airplane not be some incredible event, but a completely ordinary thing. I won’t say that I often fly by plane, but recently I had to fly from Minsk to one of the cities in southern Russia. And although I bought a ticket on the Internet and received an affordable discount on it, even taking this into account, the price is quite decent. In my opinion, something is abnormal with our pricing. What do you say about this, friends?
