What herbs should I plant?

There’s a whole garden bed left free, so I’m thinking about planting it with what kind of herbs. So far I only have various salads and parsley on my mind; I haven’t come across the rest. Who can advise what based on their own example?

I always plant a whole bed with various herbs. I can recommend dill, arugula, spinach, various types of salads, onions, coriander, celery, and of course mint or lemon balm.

I also plant all the herbs listed, but I also have sorrel, tarragon and rosemary growing in my garden. In general, I like to try planting different herbs and seasonings, even medicinal ones. Chamomile and St. John's wort grow wild; we often use them for medicinal purposes.

There are many different useful herbs that can be planted. Many people forget such things as basil, cilantro (if you like), garlic arrows, sage, sorrel, green salad.

I also plant rosemary. Other herbs such as sage and mint grow on their own in my garden. And if the bed is free, you can plant, for example, daikon or radish, which are also very healthy vegetables and do not require care.

Basil, parsley, cilantro - these are my favorite plants and I constantly plant them in huge quantities. I especially like cilantro, which makes everyone in my family go crazy. We even eat it just like that, without adding it to salads. In addition, cilantro is also very useful for strengthening the body.

In addition to the herbs listed, you can plant lemon balm, and all sorts of seasonings, which will come in very handy in winter. Well, parsley is good in any form.

Sow mustard, a wonderful sederat. If you don’t need this bed yet, then give it a “walk” and fertilize the soil. Only plant young mustard in the soil.

If you like various spices, then I would advise sowing coriander or celery. These are very useful herbs. And they don't require much care.

In principle, I don’t plant anything other than parsley, dill, and basil. Our sorrel grows in the meadow, so I don’t see any point in planting it in the garden.

You can also plant, for example, rhubarb. It is suitable for eating raw, and is also excellent for preparing the filling for sweet pies.
