How to grow Actenidia?

We bought Actenidia Kievskaya. She stood in the greenhouse, put out leaves beautifully, but was probably a little tired. The leaves began to spin and dry out. We don't know what to do. We haven't planted it in the ground yet.

Since this is a liana, it must be grown on trellises. Plant the plant in soil well fertilized with humus, slightly adding phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. Actinidia is demanding of moisture. In dry summers, it is advisable to water it twice a week.

Maybe she lacks “vitamins” in the soil? After all, its roots are located closer to the surface, and not at depth.

Actinidia does not like shadows. if she doesn't have enough light, she can easily die. Maybe you need to take her outside? It is quite a tenacious plant.

Taking into account the fact that this woody plant can grow in one place for about 50 years, you need to very competently and correctly choose the planting site, taking into account all the features of a particular variety.

It is recommended to replant such a plant only in the first 2 years. In subsequent cases, adaptation to a new place will be more painful. Try to fertilize the soil and replant Actenidia, but this must be done before the onset of cold weather, so that the soil settles a little and there are no gaps left for water and ice.
