Fiberglass containers
Long service life, wide temperature range, individual approach,
the ability to transport various containers makes them indispensable in any enterprise.
Advantages of fiberglass tanks
1. Easy installation, easy repair and operation. Fiberglass containers have minimal weight and high strength, which makes transportation and installation easier. Repair work is carried out without transporting tanks, immediately at the installation site.
2. Resistance to physical and chemical influences. The fiberglass is protected from direct sunlight, and
also from exposure to dampness. HELYX® containers are resistant to aggressive sulfates and chlorides.
3. Reliability. The service life of fiberglass containers is more than 50 years. Under some operating conditions, the surface may
treated with solutions containing paints and varnishes to increase service life.
Types of fiberglass containers
Fiberglass products can be produced to individual orders. Both the individual composition of liquids and the shape of products are developed. Strict control of compliance with all standards ensures a long service life.
Fiberglass tanks can vary in:
- installation (ground or underground)
- execution (vertical and horizontal)
- shape (cylinder, ball, box, bath, prism)
- operation (stationary or transport)
To create containers from fiberglass, the continuous winding method is used.Manufacturing can take place at the site of commissioning or serially (on factory equipment).
HELYX tanks can be used to process, store or transport various substances.
For example:
- Fuel (underground and above ground tanks)
- Gases (cylinders, scrubbers)
- Chemicals (mixers, settling tanks)
- Bulk materials (towers, bunkers, silos)
- Electrochemical compositions (galvanic baths)
- Waste, technical water (septic tanks, settling tanks)
- Food liquids (tanks, stirrers)
Any containers can be linked to control cabinets. Its installation is very simple and does not require special operating conditions.
