I would like to quickly plunge into the worries and troubles of country life. If only my health doesn’t fail me...

I am 58 years old. I am a practicing specialist; I have been involved in health practices since 2007. In 2018, I developed the program “Be Healthy! Forget about doctors! or I also call it “Standing, sitting, lying down - to health!” This program was born with the goal of helping myself. I work with people using massage and osteopathic techniques, but how can I give myself the same massage? Moreover, it was also of high quality, as if a specialist had worked with me. Massagers don't suit me.

The program has already been tested on me, on my clients. There is already practice of working at a distance via Skype. I would like to talk about a simple and effective way to help yourself, without pills, without doctors, massage therapists and osteopaths. Quickly and without exhausting workouts. Would you say that this is not possible? And here it is possible.

Last summer I just started developing this program, I used only a few techniques, and I already felt the result. Three kilometers walk to the garden, work in the garden at an incline for 3 hours, then the road back. Easily! Upon arriving home, a couple of exercises and work with clients.

In the winter, I developed this program to its logical conclusion, and now gardening is no longer scary. I have my first aid at hand - a set of measures for recovery and prevention.

All exercises are performed lying, standing, sitting. No stress. No exercise equipment.Just your body, a few balls and a roll. You will feel the effect of the exercises the first time. When my clients begin to feel how quickly this is achieved, they cannot be torn away from working on problem areas. Exercise brings pleasure to the body.

Age does not matter. The set of diseases does not matter.

These exercises are recommended for everyone because they are physiological. They allow you to remove pain and stiffness from the body.

I can tell you what I myself got rid of using this complex. Foot tunnel syndrome, hip pain for 5 years - the initial stage of coxarthrosis, periodic headaches associated with cardiovascular problems, stoop, periodic lower back pain. Now my vision and memory have improved. I gained a light gait, my shoulders straightened, my body had energy, a desire to move and live.
