black apple cancer?

Hello. I would like to confirm my concerns about a disease in the apple trees in my garden. This picture appeared this summer after whitewashing last year. I suspect that I spread the spores to other trees when I whitewashed them for the winter. I am attaching photos. What diagnosis would you give to what you saw?
