The growing season lasts from April to September, and during this time regular watering is needed, and in October complex mineral fertilizers are applied. On moist and fertile soil, the bean plant can delight you with its flowering for up to a hundred years.

The bean plant reproduces seeds and vegetatively. You can use bush division, layering, and green cuttings. The seeds have a hard shell and to soften it it is necessary to scald it with boiling water. They are sown before winter or after long-term stratification. Seedlings grow quickly and can bloom already at the age of three years. Anagyrophyllum beanweed looks better when planted alone. In a group, plants become very elongated, bloom poorly, and become bare underneath.
